Hi I'm Jo, from Perth, Austrlaia.
I've been vegetarian for about 4-5 months now and haven't been craving meat at all, but I have gained weight!
I'm pretty sure that this is because I didn't know what to eat and so just ate carbs and sugar all the time so I was wondering if I could have some help from you guys.
heres what I plan to eat from now on:
breakfast: fruit salad, coffee
lunch: greek salad
dinner: cooked vegetables
snacks: dried fruit, nuts
I NEED to lose 5 kilos in two months because i am performing on stage, any suggestions/advice?
