Okay so I came back from this weekend at my dad's house and...I ate...a lot of...meat.
I literally got so sick I threw up and felt like crap for the last two days. Now my throat is scratchy and I need to get better!
First of all, I feel awful because I know all the crap they put into meat and how they filter it down on what to sell to who and who gets the best of the worst. I told my dad I was pesca-veg for the past year and he cooked me up some fish WHICH WAS AWESEOME. He has all my respect and stuff but I felt bad because...well he's my dad and he's always cooked me flank steaks and bacon and meat and meat.
How can I really get a hold of myself and not do this sort of thing again? I've been so healthy eating and *sorry*
pooping right that my body really likes this life change. After this weekend I was so bloated with hormones that I actaully got cramps. My period was 2 WEEKS AGO. More proof never to do this again or eat meat evar.
Any ideas on detox? I know teas and stuff but I'm tired of hot liquids and want some realy vegan food. Ahn tofu my lover I'm sorry I've wronged you.
